Leeke street in King’s Cross is a collection of design-led serviced apartments located in one of London’s most dynamic and well-connected neighbourhoods. Comprising a selection of one and two-bedroom apartments, the scheme blends the comfort of residential living with the convenience of a hotel-style stay. Our role focused on enhancing the interior experience, ensuring each apartment felt cohesive, elevated and ready for immediate occupation.
Our client required an interior design and furnishing partner to support a premium serviced accommodation offering in a highly competitive central London market. The brief was to create interiors that felt contemporary, welcoming and durable, while appealing to both short-term and extended-stay guests. A key objective was to deliver a “home away from home” experience that balanced style, comfort and practicality.
We developed a refined interior scheme centred around comfort, functionality and visual consistency across all apartments. Through carefully selected furnishings, layouts and finishes, we created spaces that feel both polished and lived-in, supporting a seamless guest experience. The result is a collection of turnkey apartments that combine the warmth of residential living with the standards expected of a premium serviced stay.
