Alex Stewart

Co-Founder & Managing Director

A dynamic Managing Director with 20 years in investment banking and 5 years in interior design leadership. Alex drives 201 Lyvn’s operations with ESG strategy and supply chain expertise. Outside work, he enjoys beach walks with his Labradoodle, Roberta and wife, Hannah and proudly holds a London Property Padel title.

Hannah Lodge-Baker

Co-Founder & Head of Interior Design

With over 10 years in residential design and BTR developments, Hannah leads design direction and cross-functional collaboration at 201 Lyvn. She’s also mum to two cheeky puggles, Lola and Dolly, who run the show at home.

Ana Gamez

Operations & Procurement Manager

Ana manages procurement and operations at 201 Lyvn with over 8 years in BTR and student housing. With Spanish roots and a love for cooking and wine, she balances logistics with cultural passion, visiting Ronda whenever she can.

Shaznea Gordon

Senior Interior Designer

Shaznea brings a First-Class BA Honours and over 5 years of experience in BTR and high-end residential interiors. Skilled in technical CAD, FF&E, and bespoke design, she’s also a travel enthusiast with a sharp eye for photography.
