Windlass Apartments is a contemporary build-to-rent development located at Hale Wharf in North London, set between the River Lea and Walthamstow Wetlands. Comprising a mix of one, two and three-bedroom homes, the scheme offers modern, energy-efficient living with a strong focus on lifestyle and community. Our role centred on elevating the interior environments to align with the premium, amenity-led nature of the development.
Our client required an interior design and furnishing partner to support a large-scale rental scheme and enhance its appeal to a modern urban tenant. The brief was to create interiors that felt contemporary, durable and cohesive, while complementing the wider amenity offering including co-working, gym and social spaces. A key focus was ensuring the apartments felt turnkey, design-led and aligned with the expectations of a professionally managed rental experience.
We developed a refined and highly functional interior scheme that balanced aesthetics with durability across both private apartments and shared spaces.
