201 Lyvn at 64 Bayswater Road is a sensitively restored Grade II listed residence overlooking Kensington Gardens. Originally dating back to the late 19th century, the building has been reimagined to combine its architectural heritage with contemporary living. Our role focused on bringing the interiors to life, complementing the refurbishment with a cohesive and elevated design scheme.
Our client required an interior design and furnishing partner to align with their refurbishment vision and enhance the overall appeal of the completed residences. The brief was to create interiors that respected the building’s period character while appealing to a modern, design-conscious buyer. Every detail needed to feel considered, premium and in keeping with the quality of the redevelopment.
We developed a tailored interior design scheme that complemented our client’s architectural approach, layering in texture, tone and warmth to elevate each space. Through carefully curated furnishings and finishes, we enhanced the sense of proportion and flow while remaining sympathetic to the building’s heritage. The result is a refined, turnkey interior that seamlessly bridges classic architecture with modern living expectations.
